The construction is not as sturdy as expected, with a loose roof and no latches to fasten it down. However, it is easy to put together and comes with screws for assembly. The entrance is wide enough for hedgehogs but not for cats. It may fit two snuggled hedgehogs, but they are usually solitary animals.
